The Entrusted — Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026

The Entrusted ("the app") is published by Streamline Propulsion ("we", "us"). This page says plainly what the app keeps, what it sends anywhere, who receives it, and how long it is kept.

The short version. Your writing, people, promises, schedule and lists stay on your phone unless you deliberately export, share, or send some of them to an AI helper. There is no sign-in account, no advertising, no tracking and no analytics. The app makes network requests for optional AI helpers and purchases, including the technical and transaction information needed to provide those services. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising.

What stays on your phone

Everything you enter (people, groups, missions, journal entries, prayers, promises, reminders, time blocks, workouts, to-do and shopping lists, notes, and photos you attach) is stored on your device only unless you deliberately export it, share it, or send specific content to an AI helper. We run no server that holds this local app content, we cannot read it, and there is no password. If you delete the app or use "Delete My Account" in Settings, the app's local data is removed from the device. Copies may still exist in a device or iCloud backup controlled by you or Apple. We have no copy of your local content to restore. You can export a backup file yourself from Settings.

What the app asks your phone for

You can turn any of these off in iPhone Settings, and the rest of the app keeps working.

Links to other websites and stores

Some features open web addresses: Bible and study links, videos, articles, and the Amazon and Walmart buttons in Provisions. Those open in your browser or in that company's own app. We do not add affiliate or tracking codes to them, and we never see what you look at or buy. Once you are on another site, that site's own privacy policy applies. The Reorder button opens the store's cart page; you place the order there, with the store.

AI helpers — the only content we receive

The app has optional helpers (for example Find Passages, Day Builder, the Capture sorter, drafting a message, reading a picture of a schedule, tidying sermon notes). A helper runs only when you tap it, after you agree once to send text to the AI service. When you use one:

You can switch sending off any time in Settings, and everything outside the helpers keeps working.

Purchases

You can buy credits (for the helpers) and extra room for more people. Payment is taken by Apple through your Apple ID; we never see your card or payment details. We use RevenueCat, a purchase-management service, to confirm purchases and add credits to your anonymous account number. RevenueCat may process information needed to manage purchases, such as purchase transaction information, Apple purchase receipts, technical information, and the app user identifier used to associate the purchase with your credit balance. RevenueCat and Apple handle that data under their own privacy policies.

What we do not do

How long things are kept

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices and rights

Changes, and future features

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes and the app will say so. If we ever add features that collect more than is described here (for example contests, community features, or accounts), we will update this page and the app first, and ask you before anything new is collected.
